Haviland® Thin Mints
The Haviland® Thin Mints product was re-designed to be a premium, everyday chocolate, without the premium price. The Haviland® logo was redesigned to look 'signature,' just like it's unique chocolates. The product formula was converted to all natural ingredients and the chocolate was brought from a 'chocolaty coating' to a 63% cacao piece of rich, dark chocolate.For the box redesign we went green. We transformed from an outdated, elongated box to a shorter, more compact design. We also were able to eliminate the unnecessary shrink wrapping.
Haviland® Signature Chocolates Seasonal Gift Boxes
For the Holiday 2012 season I designed a new line of Haviland® Signature Chocolates with gifting and sharing in mind. The products and packaging are currently preparing for production. I worked very closely with our innovation department to ensure a unique holiday 'pop' from each of the candies. Together we created Holiday Decorated Pretzel Balls, Peppermint Bark Malt Balls, Malted Milk Ball 'Ornaments' (they sparkle, like tree ornaments), and Holiday Dark Chocolate Nonpareils. They are all perfect items for seasonal candy dishes and are the perfect size for a stocking stuffer.
